Outside Edge: Giving it All Away

Wishing you a very Happy Sunday,

As we start to edge towards autumn, I need to find out if I'll still have a job next year. I asked my boss this week to look into his crystal ball and he said to me "surely you'll be earning lots from your book?!" After I stopped laughing I told him how I'd been giving away hard copies at the railway station to which he replied "oh can you bring me one in?"

I get it, people love a freebie.

Along similar lines, I have another giveaway. HUMAN SOFTWARE is running in a couple of promotions this month and I wanted to make sure you didn't miss out. You can grab a free copy from either of these group promos.

→ A Thrill a Minute Book Giveaway

→ Mystery, Suspense and Thrills

Both are organised through BookFunnel which just means: click the link, pick your format (Kindle, EPUB, PDF), and it'll walk you through getting the book onto your device. No account needed, no catch - just click, grab it, and read. Do me a favour and click on both the links as it helps my profile on BookFunnel, which then helps future promotions.

If you've already read HUMAN SOFTWARE and it stuck with you, I'll ask the thing every author has to ask: a review would mean a lot. It doesn't need to be long — even two or three honest sentences on Amazon or Goodreads helps new readers decide to take a chance on the book, and it genuinely helps.

Wishing a very warm welcome to all my new subscribers but I'd like to thank you all for being here.

Don't forget you can also find me on BlueSky where I share writing updates, pictures and also what I'm reading. More soon on One More Island as the edit is progressing slowly but positively.

In the meantime for your Sunday enjoyment, here is a picture I took on the way into work the other morning.

Enjoy your day,
